The terrain pages are a repository for inspirational ideas . Creators use or discard ideas according to their creative path. Since the terrain is an evolving entity, it is the norm for only partial use of the settings presented here. Others will add onto terrains as they evolve.  Original creators, and follow on evolvers, will be in the credits.
